11 17 Employment and Rights Categories 17.1 Employment categories A worker under this agreement is employed in one of the following categories: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) permanent full-time employees; Part-time part-time employees; Temporary worker (who is also expected to be a full-time or part-time worker); Full-time or casual employees A full-time job is one that must work 76 hours per two-week cycle.
